The company's products:
Family traditions have strongly influenced the choices
on the methods of cultivation used in the company and
particular attention has been paid to the oil.
"Oil is culture and love," said the elderly and this
principle has been stimulated further development and
study in order to obtain a production that focus on
quality instead of quantity, quality assured, primarily
from the production area, excellent from the standpoint
of soil and climate and, secondly, by the observance of
strictly organic farming techniques, on time and the
proper ways

two years;
• Processing done in light of the ground spring and
autumn period;
• Fertilize in late winter with manure of domestic
production;
• Fight to the oil fly and the moth (parasites more
present in the area) provided by techniques in organic (pheromone
traps for monitoring, protein baits or traps for
catching Colored massala);
• fruit harvested early (October) performed exclusively
by hand with only the aid of nets and milling within 24
hours, organized in oil mill for processing of organic
products;
• Store in steel containers, to maintain the
organoleptic characteristics obtained.
The varieties of olive trees in the company, which
Cerasuolo, the Giarraffa, Nocellara Belice Biancolilla
and finally produce an extra virgin oil of high quality
with low acidity, from 'aroma and pleasant taste.
Giarraffa and also nocellare are consumed as table
olives, using the traditional techniques of storage in
brine.
