Grana Barocco Hotel Restaurant on the ground floor of the building opens into the hall with stone floor and inside a large cave (home of the first people who settled in southeast Sicily more than 3000 years ago), here you can taste the traditional kitchen according to the dictates of high Italian cuisine based on ingredients and excellent quality carefully selected by world-class chefs. The construction choices have left intact the space and, thanks to the clever use of glass and a special LED illumination, are visible evidence of the cave (excavations in the walls where they used to store the furniture or tethering animals, an ancient cistern deep 5 m and 6 m in diameter), a charming and cozy environment where sight, touch and taste are mixed to create an experience that involves all the senses.

Grana Barocco Hotel, always attentive to the wishes and needs of their guests, opened a Wellness Center - Spa, a haven after the meeting or the tourist walk.
